Do you ship internationally? Are customs fees included?
YES, we ship internationally to most countries using major carriers.Typical transit: standard 5–14 business days.
Customs and duties:
- Customers are normally responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, and any customs clearance fees unless we explicitly offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option at checkout.
- These charges are set and collected by your country’s customs agency based on the declared item value, product classification (HS code), and local rules. We declare the full purchase value on customs paperwork and cannot under-declare.
- Customs may also inspect shipments, which can cause delays.
What warranty covers my purchase?
What it covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from delivery (e.g., case splitting at seams, detached buttons, defective adhesive or printing errors that appear immediately or soon after first use).
What it does NOT cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, color fade), accidental damage (drops, crush, water exposure), misuse, modifications, damage from third‑party chargers/accessories, or damage caused by the phone itself (bent frame, battery swell).
- Loss, theft, or issues due to improper installation.
Who’s covered:
- The original purchaser only; warranty begins on the delivery date shown on your order confirmation/tracking.
Remedy offered:
- At our discretion: repair, replacement with the same or comparable item, or refund of the item price. We do not cover consequential damages (e.g., phone damage).
