- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri), unless otherwise noted. Personalized/custom items may take 3–7 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- During peak seasons (sales, holidays) processing may be longer; estimated times will be shown at checkout.
Shipping methods & transit times
- Domestic standard: 3–7 business days.
- Domestic expedited: 3–5 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Exact carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and available services will be shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and begin after order processing.
Shipping costs & free shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- You may offer flat-rate or free shipping thresholds—displayed on your site. (Replace with your store’s free-shipping threshold if applicable.)
Customs, duties & taxes
- For international orders, recipients are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections.
Address changes, cancellations & backorders
- Contact us immediately to request changes or cancellations. We cannot change shipments after they’ve left our facility.
- If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an updated delivery estimate and offer the option to cancel.
Tracking, delivery & signature
- Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.
- Some deliveries may require a signature; you will be advised at checkout or in the shipping confirmation.
Lost, stolen or damaged shipments-
Report damaged or missing items within 30 days of delivery date with photos and order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- For stolen items, file a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance.
Restricted items & address limitations
- Some products cannot be shipped to certain regions due to legal or carrier restrictions. We will notify you if an item cannot be delivered to your address.
